Florida trip

Here are some shots from last weekend.  The girls were interested in seeing how the Atlantic Ocean looks from another location on the East coast than Charleston.  They were pleasantly surprised!
(Click on picture to make it larger.  They are so pretty!)

Representing the North, "Vineyard Vines".  Representing the South, 'Simply Southern".  Two girls with roots in both places.

so pretty!

Beautiful girls, beautiful day.

Jetty at Fort Pierce/Hutchinson Island South

Just a little wind ...

'Twas a bit breezy!

Bridget admiring the beauty of the blue ocean.
We also stopped at one of our favorite dives, Singleton's Seafood Shack in Atlantic Beach, FL (near Jacksonville.)  As always, we had amazing views and wonderful food!
The shrimp boats at the dock in front of the restaurant!

"Admiral's Platter" -- serves TWO!!!!  Four of us ate and ate and we still had leftovers!!

Bill said the tables look they have been built by Cub Scouts.  LOL.  It's a rustic dive!!

looking from our table down the dock to the boats

looking from our table to the St. John's River Ferry!

rustic but oh, so cool.  a true dive.

Fresh coat of paint!
